We are looking for Manager, Leadership Development. The IDPs will encompass global objectives, tasks and outcomes for training. This position also requires a comprehensive understanding of adult learning principles to ensure the application of effective training through observation sessions with both direct reports and assigned program Sr. Trainers in the field.
