The Vice President, People & Culture (VPPC) is responsible for talent acquisition, retention, and growth across all of our disciplines. You will develop strategies for effective recruitment, building on existing practices. You have significant demonstrated experience growing and leading a highly efficient and productive team, with ownership over both talent acquisition and employee engagement (retention and growth), preferably in a distributed digital agency.
