We are looking for a Technical Sourcer, Software Engineering. In this role, you will partner with the recruiting team by building a pipeline of top talent through multiple sourcing channels. You will screen potential candidates to determine next steps and ensure a smooth transition into the interview process. Ideally, you have 2-4 years of technical sourcing experience, ideally a mix of agency and start-up experience.
