As a Program Manager, you will have an overall HR view of the entire Engineering organization across verticals and regions and lead multiple and diverse HR projects. You will define new initiatives, execute these projects, and track performance metrics. You must have at least 8+ years of experience and work as an HR Partner or in an HR CoE role.
