The Recruiting Operations Manager will report to the Senior Manager, Recruiting Operations and enable our scaling global recruiting team by developing and delivering the most efficient and effective processes to ensure that we achieve our growth goals. You should have 5+ years demonstrated ability in Recruiting Operations, People Operations, or related Operation fields, ideally at a high-growth technology company that has seen scale.
