We are looking for a Manager, HR Operations to lead the Generalist Operations team. You will ensure that entire process for the employee lifecycle from hire to exit for on roll and contract employees is carried out as per SOP framework across all locations. You should have 4-6 years of prior experience with strong exposure to HR operations including HRIS or HR systems, policy and process management, vendor management, preferably in a fast growing E-commerce firm or service setup catering to associate level employees (non-managerial staff).
