You will design, implement and carry out the strategic plan of the area, helping the Learning and Development department to achieve the objective of changing people's lives. You will work side-by-side with the rest of the team on strategizing, planning, and executing L&D initiatives to drive impactful people development solutions to accomplish departmental and overall company goals. You have more than 5 years of experience as a specialist/leader in Learning and Development.
