We’re looking for a Head of Creative Talent Development to join our executive team alongside our CEO and CFO to help craft the highest performing teams for each of our businesses. You should have extensive experience and knowledge of full hiring lifecycle including sourcing, qualifying, and assessing, as well as working with a founder and building a company, through talent development, to a $B+ revenue level.
